Happy Monday!!! Geesh, this day is flying by!! I can’t believe how fast it is going. I have a lot to do, it is a busy Monday for me. I am planning to head down to the gym soon for a little break. I started my day with yoga, it was great! I should do that everyday!! Did you all have a nice weekend? Mine was very good, but fast! I did get in some relax time yesterday. I sat out by the pool and watched the rain for about 2 hours. Talk about peaceful! Quiet time to clear the brain. The rain is gone and the sun is out full force again. I was out yesterday and heard some Christmas music, that time has arrived. I think I will go get my tree and do some decorating this weekend.

Good morning!! I am feeling SOOOO much better today! I really pampered myself yesterday. I relaxed on the couch all day …drank lots of fluids and took Airborne! My headache and sore throat are both gone! Still have the sneezes and sniffles…but hopefully they will disappear shortly too.

I have an appointment this afternoon, but I plan to come home right after that and rest again today. Taking it easy for sure!
